At Creta Boat Rental in Hersonissos, Crete, we want every guest to enjoy a smooth and stress-free experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled when booking our boats online or in person.
1. Cancellations by Customers

Free cancellation: Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial refund: Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the rental date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date cannot be refunded.
2. Cancellations by Creta Boat Rental
Your safety is our top priority. In cases of:

Bad weather conditions

Technical issues with the boat

Other safety-related reasons
Creta Boat Rental may cancel your booking. In such cases, you will receive:

Full refund OR

Option to reschedule your rental to another available date.
3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Customers who arrive more than 1 hour late without prior notice may lose their booking with no refund.

If you know you will be late, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to adjust your booking.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds are made using the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
5. Non-Refundable Fees

Processing fees, if applicable, may not be refundable.

Any additional services (e.g., skipper service) already provided are non-refundable.
